The Independent Surgery Center is located just off the 53 bypass in Lake Hallie, WI near the Walmart Supercenter, in the business strip just behind Culvers. This location is a great central location for patients in Menomonie, Chippewa Falls, Eau Claire, and throughout the Chippewa Valley area.

DIRECTIONS FROM MENOMONIE AREA TO ISC
- Head East toward toward Eau Claire on I94
- Take Exit 52 to merge onto Hwy 29 East toward Chippewa Falls 53
- Take Exit 75A to merge onto US 53 South - STAY IN RIGHT LANE
- Immediately take Exit 94, toward Chippewa Falls/Lake Hallie
- Turn Left at the stoplight at the top of the ramp onto OO/124
- Turn Left at the next stoplight onto Commercial Blvd
- Turn Left onto the service road at Culvers
- Continue past Culvers to the north end of the red brick building behind Culvers
